"Where are all these people coming from?” This becomes a familiar phrase. No matter. Business is good. Trade is up. Construction is booming. There’s nothing wrong with that, is there? Not until a demand is made that seems too ridiculous to consider.

Not taking the strangers seriously proves to be a wrong move. Four very important people are murdered. The Choitarem are told to re-consider the demands or more deaths will follow. What can be done to stop these people? Security forces in both Algoran Federation and The Leiknoss Alliance go on full alert. But how can you stop the simultaneous murders of more high profile people when you don’t know when, where, or who the victims will be? And there WILL be more murders if their demands aren’t met!

A brief calm. Maybe the crazies have given up. Life goes on; people work, Kalleni buys and sells, love comes and goes. All the while these new people, become bolder with their wild demands and plans for terrorist attacks. The Algoran, Leiknoss and even the Huilla join to protect their laws and societies and try to find a civilized solution to this problem.
